SMART MODEL

AMCAD Engineering is leading the Smart-Model project, in partnership with the XLIM laboratory (University of Limoges), the GPM Laboratory (University of Rouen) and the industrial partners United Monolithic Semiconductors and IIIV Lab.
Labeled by the ALPHA-RLH competitiveness cluster, the objective of the project is to develop a new commercial solution for measuring and modeling radio frequency transistors in GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology.

The SMART MODEL project has been selected by the Unique Inter-ministerial Fund (FUI), which finances collaborative research and development (R&D) projects labeled by the competitiveness clusters.

The 25th FUI call for projects was launched jointly by the French State and the regions to collect the files of collaborative R&D projects (labeled by the competitiveness clusters). The grant will accelerate the innovation program. The projects selected within the framework of the FUI aim to develop one or more new products or services with a strong innovative content and lead to a launch on the market within 3 to 5 years from the end of the R&D program.
