1-Tone Measurements
Overview
Requirements
Available measurements are linked to the Schematic configuration
and the selected Calibrations. In order to get access to 1-Tone
measurement, the following conditions must be respected:
- For vector receiver based measurement:
- Vector Network Analyzer needs to be enabled in the Schematic
- 1-Port Enhanced Calibration or Full 2-Ports & Absolute Power Calibration needs to be enabled
- For scalar receiver based measurement:
- Two Power Meters and RF Source need to be enabled in the Schematic
- Scalar Calibration needs to be enabled
Note: If the Schematic is composed of Vector Network Analyzer
and two Power Meters, and both Scalar Calibration and Vectorial VNA Calibration are
selected, IQSTAR will automatically use Vector Network Analyzer to perform the 1-Tone
measurement.
To run 1-Tone measurements, the bench must be correctly set and calibrated. Once
these steps are done, it's possible to initialize the system (
