Pulse-Vs

Description : this is a block that allows to simulate RF pulse generator with chip frequency modulation. This source is mainly used in transient simulation mode, see Simcontroller.

  • Unit : Signal specification unit (dBm or volts)
  • Delay: Signal delay
  • Period: Pulse repetition period
  • Duty cycle: Duty cycle (percentage of period )

  • Rise time: Rise time (percentage of period )

  • Fall time: Fall time (percentage of period )

  • Pulse start Freq: Frequency modulation at pulse start time (chirp)
  • Pulse end Freq: Frequency modulation at pulse end time (chirp)

  • Pulse start Amp: Amplitude at pulse start time

  • Pulse end Amp: Amplitude de at pulse end time

  • Phase: Time origin phase of pulse

  • Reference R0 : Reference impedance for signal in dB

  • Add noise : validate in order to take into account the noise.
  • Use noise file : user can add one NF file to describe the additionnal noise.
