Measurement Computing Corporation Library Installation

To communicate with Measurement Computing Corporation instruments, a specific library is required.

First step is to download the DAQami software : https://digilent.com/reference/software/universal-library/windows/start

When the installer if downloaded, begin the installation with "mccdaq.exe".

The first window will ask to unzip the installer :

Click on the "Setup" button to unzip the installer and progress to the MCC DAQ Configuration GUI :

At this step, please check that "InstaCal & Universal Library" is checked. Then click on the "Install" button :

The InstaCal and Universal Library installer will start, the following steps will be to select the installation folder :

When the installation folder is selected, click on "Next" button on the following page :

Finnaly, the installation can be done by clicking on the button "Install" :

When the installation of InstaCall and its Universal Library is done, you can go throught the installation of DAQami software.
When all installations are done, the final step is to add the dll file to the environment variable path :
  1. Find the environment variables :

  2. Open the Environment Variables panel :

  3. Find "Path" variable in the System Variable panel and click on "Edit" :

  4. Add a new path : C:\Program Files (x86)\Measurement Computing\DAQ (or the folder selected during the installation process)
