Ideal Tuner

Description : This block allows the creation of a file containing a pattern of complex impedances.

  • Gamma variable name(gamma) : This variable represents the index of a specific impedance within the generated file.
  • Gamma variable name(MAG) : This variable represents the magnitude (modulus) of the impedances in the file.
  • Gamma variable name(PHASE) : This variable represents the phase angle of the impedances in the file.

    In the Smith chart, you can visualize the selected pattern by enabling the preview option. To add this parameterized pattern to a file, click on "+Add." The pattern will then turn red, and the count of impedances displayed above the Smith chart will increase. To remove the added patterns from the file, click on " Clear".

    The block contains several tabs for configuration options:

    • Gamma tab: that adds a single complexe impedance into the file.


    • Arc tab : Creates an arc of impedances.



    • Circle tab : Creates an circle of impedances.


    • VSWR tab : Creates a VSWR patern of complex impedances.


    • Rectangle tab : Creates a rectangular patern of complex impedances.
