How to extract SNP model for linear device. The SNP model is a bilateral linear model. It describes frequency-dependent linear networks. Depending on the chosen simulation mode, it considers the transient regime. This model considers the noise parameters of the device.
This tutorial presents a feature that enables automatic configuration of schematics in System Architect for testing HPA and LNA models. The user will be able to run pre-configured simulations to test the model with 2-tone signals, a 5G signal and possibly load-pull simulations. This feature is available for all HPA models and LNA-B-HF model.
