Label

Overview

In the whiteboard, there are several tools to display data. Label will be used to add names and titles or to add a description directly on the workspace. Click on then draw a rectangle on the workspace to add a new label:

Note: This control will be displaying text only, whereas a textbox (available with scripting option) can accept user's inputs.

Note: The content of the label can be modified only in editor mode or with some script (available with scripting option).

Configuration

Once the label is drawn on the page, it's possible to access its configuration panel:

• Text:

  Write the text to display on the workspace. IQSTAR label may interpret HTLM text format, that allows all tags and formats from this language.

  Example: add a description of the DUT or product:
  

  

  
  

  It's also possible to add a table with the description of the DUT performance:

  
  

  

  
  

  Choose the Font and Alignment in the square that just has been drawn and finally select a color.

• Border:

  Labels can have borders. It is possible to define the color and type (thickness, edge type...).

• Background:

  The background of the label can also be modified in order to highlight the label.
