B-HFLF model

Bilateral type model: ie it considers load and source impedance variations.

High and low frequency memory model: i.e. that it also probes the effects of frequency dispersion caused by long-term phenomena such as polarization or self-heating effects, as well as dispersion effects directly produced in the operating band.

Formalism description

The HPA-B-HFLF is based on both mathematical descriptions of HPA-U-HFLF model and HPA-B-HF model. (see U-HFLF model and B-HF model)

Validity domain

The HPA-B-HFLF model has the same properties as the HPA-U-HFLF model and HPA-B-HF model. This model makes it possible to represent fairly long-term memory effects (polarization, thermal, trap) and short-term effects. On the other hand, it allows the taking into account of the changes of impedance of load and source.
