New PIV Specifications
The Pulse IV system is now available with 5 different drain probe heads.
The latest 200mA probe head is now dedicated to pulsed measurement of small transistors (FETs & HBTs) where high measurement accuracy is needed.
This latest 200mA small power drain power head completes the existing panel of PIV solutions composed of:
* Two probes heads (10A & 30A) dedicated to short pulse IV applications on power devices.
* Two probes heads (10A & 30A) dedicated to pulsed load pull in R.A.D.A.R like operating conditions.
