This IV measurements plug-in enables pulsed or DC current and voltage visualization combined with S parameter measurement with a wide range of possibilities.

As example, an IV plot selection on the chart is used to display the corresponding pulsed S parameters and all their combinations. Some other useful functions make it possible to rapidly determine parameters such as Ft, Fmax or extrinsic stability.
